We had uneven cooling between one side of the house and the other on a new construction. Jarred's promptly came and assessed the situation after we called. It took a couple tries to get the AC dialed in so that the cooling was even, but it's working great now. I really appreciated Jarred's professionalism, persistence and customer service...top notch. Their team rocks! Up in that attic for a couple hrs in the heat of summer. I could not make it 20 minutes!

I was referred to Jarred's Air by a neighbor. Some quick research on the Better Business website shows they are an accredited member with a rating of A+ and ZERO complaints. Celina (office) took my contact information and stated that Donnie would arrive with 2 hours to diagnose the problem. The defective part was the blower motor and their repair price was going to be less than I paid for the same part 8 years ago. My Air Conditioning/Heat Pump System was 17 year old so I asked for a replacement estimate. I told him the SEER rating I wanted and he didn't try to sell me a more expensive system. The price seemed very reasonable, even without the 10% discount for Veterans, and Consumer Reports said Goodman A/C Heat Pump Systems were good quality and value. Chris and Sean did the majority of the installation with an assist from Donnie, who does the final inspection upon completion. Al 3 service technicians were prompt, polite, professional and respectful.
We had two different air conditioners at two different locations serviced by Jared's Air and we would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone for all your air conditioning needs. One of the units had already been seen by another a/c company who couldn't fix it, but Jared was able to repair it without having to replace any parts. The second unit needed a fan replaced, which they did promptly. However, the fan from the factory had a warranty defect, so they replaced it for free because they stand behind their work. They're professional and their prices are very reasonable too.
Let's just say Jarred has done it all for us. When we bought the house the a/c unit was in need of replacement. Jarred's quote and time on when it could be done was just what we needed.
The company is veteran owned, which we liked! Jarred is a man of his word. He responds quickly when you call with a problem. He does his best to get you up and running as soon as possible.
We also used him for a mini split unit in our garage. In the first week something went wrong. He had our back and argued with the supply house when they said it wasn't covered and got it covered . The job was finished in a timely fashion. I could go on, but lets just say you cant go wrong with this Company.

A simple call to Jarred and the next day, we were provided outstanding service immediately and led to know the issues with our air conditioning. Jarred also provided a analysis in comparison to keeping our out of warranty AC and replacing it with a new one. Since were encouraged to keep our old AC we subsequently saved an insurmisable amount of money. Jarred provided the parts immediately, we were up and running the same day.

Jarred’s Air is most definitely the top of the list for all of their services. I just had then install a new system as the old system was failing. They came out and assessed the problem that Freon was leaking from the condenser. They quoted me a price to replace the condenser that was reasonable and would have fixed the problem as I was out of warranty. I ask for a quote for a new complete unit. I decided a new unit with a warranty was the way to go. They gave me a detailed quote showing all aspects of the work to be performed and a firm quote no surprises. They were very honest and forthright no pressure.
I would recommend Jarred’s Air and back them completely to anyone who needs AC work.

Replaced my AC ducts. Great value. Hard-working team did nice work and were very mindful of the surrounding space. Excellent clean-up following completion of the job as well. When there was a small ceiling hole created, they immediately brought in a contractor to fix and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Would use them again for future AC work!
